Rule #1 replicating or mimicking works

I do not do exact carbon copy's of others work. if you want a piece of work then it will be customized and will be unique to the original. this is to preserve the original works impact and allow my work to still meet your needs. If you seek an exact carbon copy of the original I encourage you to reach out to the Original artist.

Rule #2 Taking on and Refusing Commissions
I do have the right to refuse or not take on a commission if I wish to. I am happy to give you the time to sit down and go over what you would like with your emotes but want you to be aware that I do have the right to choose whether I will accept the work. If for any reason I refuse to accept it know the discussion during the consult is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone other than you and myself unless otherwise stated.
Rule #3 Payment and use of emotes
My work is not free to use. simply put payment for my work is due at the time of completion via PayPal. You will receive an invoice stating the details of the work as well as what the exact charges for my work is. If you require an estimate up front please mention so during the initial consultation and one can be produced. If the work is complete and you Refuse to pay then you will not receive your emotes. I am happy to talk about timing with payment for a later date so that distribution can take place once payment is received.
Rule #4 NSFW works
I have no problem producing works with a somewhat lewd elements to them but I do not produce not safe for work level images with my emotes. if you are seeking out emotes that have this type of quality I would encourage you to find a different artist who specializes or commonly produces this type of work.
Rule #5 Illegal and Inappropriate Works
I will not take on or produce any emotes or works that are considered illegal or inappropriate. This includes anything overly gory, threatening, or sexual towards minors. If you reach out for a consult and the contents of what you are seeking are illegal the information will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
